These billionaires can leave all they want. They can't bully the Indian government.

1. It's just a trick to pressurize the govt.

2. They are not leaving Indian citizenship or not applying for foreign nationality

3. Its just they are investing in purchasing companies and assets outside India it will make them stronger and global. And that's good for India.

you are naive. there are lot of people who are pissed by the inaction of the present government on reforms, that is leading India downhill. They are cashing out and running with their money.

Indian billionaire have got so much wealth from India,they may shift but will keep their investments in India.
India has been a closed economy upto a decade back and these rich people have earned a lot by earning a lot on their investments and keeping rest poor. Same is here in Pakistan but not as much as it is in India.

The government pissed off most industrialists by putting off reforms in retail sector. This is one sector that would have taken the country into the next round of reforms, brought the inflation down, improved the distribution network and create a lot of jobs.
