As far as economy is concerned Pak is doing far better than last 15 years and we are hopeful for future.

Now coming to the topic, I think the counter of S400+Rafael is not any other offensive weapon but more focus on a similar SAM system.
Look what india is trying to achieve with these 2 systems.

Trying to limit PAF in it's own air space so that Rafale/other fighters can hit Pak at will.

So if Pak really focuses on its SAM system(which Pak has literally ignored for so long)... it can maintain a status quo here coz after all rafale is just another fighter jet equally prone to SAMs/missiles...and for s400 SAMs aren't launched against each other.
It will give Pakistan a breathing space to focus on stealth program and MIRV in future

To be honest why would not I speak against India I am a Pakistani and at some point we all are bias to some extent. To be precise the threat of sanctions is over India and they will come in force once the deliveries are made to India in 2020. I cannot see any waiver and till then every day these sanctions are discussed it will hurt Indian economy because investors will be effected by those sanctions and they would want to get out at a high point of their investment so in coming days this purchase will bring more bad news for India.

About the S-400 yes it is a good system and is very lethal but it has a limit of 72 missiles and if over whelmed it will go down. You keep it too close to Pakistan borders the cheaper it will become for us to shoot it. You keep it at distance from our border a bit expensive it will be for us to shoot it.

72 missles is the maximum number missles launched in one go

THERE over 112 launchers in these systems and well over 1000 missles with varying ranges
