I thought by now you would have formed an estimate of the way I frame my posts and their underlying accuracy. If you remain uncertain about my integrity, I have nothing to say. Certainly nothing to say to a post such as this, asking if this is my first shot at sarcasm.

Conclude what you wish, without further 'elaboration' from me.

Okay that was not an attempt to offend you and I'm sorry if you felt like that but I'm curious to learn in what aspect because to me it is hard to believe even with my attempt to being ubiased.

Please read the widely-reported comments of the World Bank Chairman, who has commented both on the current Indian economic performance as well as the comparative integrity of the numbers used by India and by China on reporting on their respective economies.

Of course Negotiations are done with those who come to negotiate.. The question here is --- Why should India come and negotiate with Pakistan regarding Kashmir? What's in it for us? What does India get? Agar is baar sawaal samajh aa gya ho, tabhi muh kholna.. Aur jo poocha, usi ka jawaab dena. Idhar-udhar ki bakwaas nhi chahiye.. Samjha?

It was your foreign office who stated to hold talks with Pakistan in peaceful environment and if you don't want to negotiate than why talking about again and again. Why you are showing your double face to everyone, come to table or shut up.
Terai mai common sense hai nae aik simple si baat terai dimagh mai aati nae... bhang pi kr aya hai bhangi???

That's a pretty convincing argument though it is a different thing that I really don't find the World Bank and its Chairman to be honest and credilbe but that's a separate issues.
I think you are pretty cool on the whole and anyone can loose it once in a while.
I used to get offended easily when I was too young and as I'm growing, I'm learning how to keep my composure since I think a little of bit sense of humour and calmness helps me understand the other persons thoughts better despite the apparent crude or offensive nature of the remarks.

More than the pleasant environment, it is important to figure out whom do we talk to? The government, army or people like hafiz saeed and Azhar etc. The latter two often override the former and the former takes Uturn to seem in control.
