India ready to hold talks with Pakistan but in pleasant environment, says envoy

As usual India will back off when we will ask to bring Kashmiri leaders into it.

As far as Kashmir issue is present i don't think the relations will go forward unless India and Pak both get great leaders to resolve this issue.

Of course.. Its common sense. You don't negotiate for something you already have. What does Pakistan bring to the table except their wishes and demands??

and India never bothered itself to come to table because they ran away before coming to table.
Wishes & demands from Pak? Since I have grown it is India who is always demanding us to do this and that otherwise India try to threaten us about which we never bothered and won't do it because we know how to tackle you.
