It was banned temporarily not because Indian government wanted to hide the facts unlike some of our neighbors, rather it contained the interview of the convicts while the matter was still subjudice and it wrong as per law to publish any public statement of the convicts outside court of law. But the documentary by War on Rape cleary show the mindset in your country. While we accept the facts that there is indeed problem here, why are you guy's shying away from accepting facts which were even presented in your senate an is on record ????

Because if it was a cultural thing, no one would be talking about it or consider it grave enough to make movies and documentaries on the subject.
Speaks volumes about the Indian mindset that wishes to correct a problem rather than brush it under the carpet!
This is excellent news for Indians like myself who wish to have heinous crimes like rape to be dealt with harsher laws!
