India puts up 'Death Trap' at border, Pak sees RED

Cool, so we have an agreement. Kashmir is all good and if anything happens their in the future, we are not to be blamed:)

If a massive, grassroots insurgency happens in Kashmir, you won't be blamed. But the odd terrorist doing a mindless act of terror after slipping through from Pakistan? Of course, pak will be blamed. As has been stressed many times in this thread, the fence has considerably reduced infiltration, but it cannot completely ensure 100% success rate, no system is foolproof. So if we do find the odd Pakistani terrorist with AKs and RPGs, we will blame Pakistan.

If there is a large grassroots insurgency by native kashmiris, we will not blame Pakistan. But that is not going to happen.

Hope all is clear.

(BTW, you did not answer why the Kashmir violence (or "freedom struggle" as you call it) lost momentum over the past decade.)

Clear, so if something like the previous momentum is regained, Pakistan won't be blamed. Cool.

Absolutely wrong, if anything like the previous meddling by Pakistan repeats, we will blame Pakistan and pay back. Silly statements on the internet and genetically ingrained denial at home does not mean others will not retaliate.

We retaliated for your meddling in north east India in the 60s within years, did we not?

So you mean this triple fencing is not a "death trap" as some are claiming?

Why is it so difficult to understand? It is a death trap, and has reduced infiltration considerably. But it is not a foolproof panacea, the odd few terrorists (especially when aided by state actors) will be able to infiltrate.

Besides, Pakistani meddling in Kashmir is not confined to physically sending terrorists. Paying protestors and stone pelters, smuggling arms through Nepal, supporting terror groups like Indian mujahideen within India, disinformation campaign, these are things that cannot be stopped by the fence.

Pakistan will not get away with spreading their national pastime, terrorism, no matter what route they take. That's the bottom line. A silly line of reasoning may suit your intelligence personally, but that's not reality.

And yes its a death trap, we have killed some 30 brainwashed jhadi scum recently and we are happy with the results.

As I said in a previous reply. I am not taking about one or two incidents. If this fencing is effective as you claim, then, we shouldn't be blamed if Kashmir freedom struggle reaches same moment as pre 9/11 or more.

Of course:)

Its actually helping out the poor wretched soul terrorists.

They get dispatched to claim their rewards ever faster. ;)

Death trap.. Yes... 100% eradication of the pests... Surely not..After all, how else will our RR guys get the needed target practice. :)

. .
@notsuperstitious @janon Two terrorists killed by CRPF in Shopia J&K.:girl_wacko:

And this time, the CRPF didn't even have to go hunting. Seems like the terrorists came to the CRPF camp, tried to attack it, and got dispatched to hell.

By the way, Zubin Mehta is supposed to perform a "peace concert" in Kashmir today. The separatists have called for a boycott of the function, and a shutdown of Kashmir. They just don't want to see Kashmir returning to peace and normalcy, since it gives a lie to their narrative of Kashmiris being oppressed by India and all that BS.

Thanks for making it clear. Now explain that to your fellow countrymen here.

Indians have not claimed that it is 100% foolproof. Only some Pakistanis are trying to make it sound that way, as a sort of anticipatory bail for future terror strikes.
