Nothing is hitting the Indians but same cannot be said about the chinese rockets .

Sometimes they come back and fall on top of chinese itself .

BBC's article has the title - India puts off re-launch of failed satellite. "Puts off" means India is not doing it now, delaying it. What is "it"? It is the re-launch. Why is it called re-launch? Why not just call it India puts off the launch of a satellite? Because it really is a re-launch of previous satellites that failed to launch successfully. Thus it is a re-launch of failed satellite. So which failed satellite was it? It explains right in the article.

The GSLV satellite failed twice before. Once in April 2010 and once in December 2010, which you just kept ignoring. If you even bothered to follow the link to the BBC article, you would see they provide links to the two previous failed launches as well. But I guess you are willfully stupid to ignore them.

The current re-launch of the failed satellite is being delayed again. That's what BBC is reporting.

1. Regardless of what BBC reporter writes - the fact remains that the two satellites are different. So the question of 'relaunch' does not arise.
Different models of the GSLV Satellite has not only failed once before but many times. But point to note is - different models. But take your medicines, have some sleep. We can get back later. Till then cyao.
