Whatever pic you posted is not correct. If u check through google, the distance between Hyderabad and Harbin ( the northernmost major city in China is ~5400 KMs )

The image I posted is centred on Port Blair (in Andaman and Nicobar). Harbin was covered in that circle. Google API was used. So, any mistake is that of google not mine

U didnt mention that u used Andaman as reference point. Anyways, the problem is the region which can be covered should also take into consideration all other points in Indian Landmass which can be used for launch. So the center point should also vary rather than being taken as a single point in India.
