People who cared about Pakistan have been saying this for decades. This is singularly why Kashmir is a live or die situation for Pakistan. The Indian policy of slow boiling the frog is working - and we are the frog. They slowly killed the nation through a hundred cuts over 75 years, and they are seeing victory at the end the tunnel. The water projects on Pakistani rivers is the end of an independent Pakistani state.

India has right to run of water power generation. IT is not only exercising that it is moving water out of system to generate power and have run of water diverted to a different water body. That is the issue here.

You have a right to do a lot and much more. But it is your leaders who have no fortitude and spine to stand up, fight and die for the nation they lead. That is the tragedy of Pakistan.

This water treaty nonsense like you described has been going on for decades, believe me nothing will happen. India does not have as much power or leverage over Pakistan like we are made out to believe. In fact they do not have any leverage over Pakistan. And of course people are falling for this boogey like usual
