Plz enlighten the PDF members about Balochistan, to keep the balanced perspective

Sure....
In August 1947 the Chief Commissioner's Province of Balochistan immediately became part of Pakistan, followed by the princely states of Makran, Kharan, Las Bela, and the Khanate of Kalat, who decided to accede to Pakistan in March 1948. The Khan of Kalat agreed to join Pakistan under the condition that defence, currency, foreign relations, and finance would be controlled by the federal government, but that the province would remain otherwise autonomous. The four princely states together formed the Balochistan States Union in October 1952. The enclave of Gwadar was excluded from this as it was still part of the Sultanate of Oman, however it was later purchased. Anything else?.

INSTRUMENT OF ACCESSION
Source http://mha.nic.in/accdoc.htm
(Text of signed by Maharaja of the State of Jammu & Kashmir on 26th day of October 26, 1947, and its acceptance by Lord Mountbatten, the Governor General of India, on October 27, 1947)
Whereas, the Indian Independence Act, 1947, provided that as from the fifteenth day of August 1947, there shall be set up an independent dominion known as INDIA, and that the Government of India Act, 1935, shall, with such omissions, additions, adaptations and

modifications as the Governor-General may by order specify, be applicable to the dominion of India.
And whereas the Government of India Act, 1935, as so adapted by the Governor-General provides that an Indian State may accede to the Dominion of India by an Instrument of Accession executed by the Ruler thereof.
Now, therefore, I Shriman Indar Mahandar Rajrajeshwar Maharajadhiraj Shri Hari Singhji, Jammu Kashmir Naresh Tatha Tibbet adi Deshadhipathi, Ruler of Jammu and Kashmir State, in the exercise of my sovereignty in and over my said State do hereby

execute this my Instrument of Accession and I hereby declare that I accede to the Dominion of India with the intent that the Governor-General of India, the Dominion Legislature, the Federal Court and any other Dominion authority established for the purposes of the Dominion shall, by virtue of this my Instrument of Accession but subject always to the terms thereof, and for the purposes only of the Dominion, exercise in
relation to the State of J&K (hereinafter referred to as `this State') such functions as may be vested in them by or under the Government of India Act, 1935, as in force in the Dominion of India, on the 15th day of August 1947 (which Act as so in force in hereafter
referred to as "the Act").
I hereby assume the obligation of ensuring that due effect is given to the provisions of the Act within this State so far as they are applicable therein by virtue of this my Instrument of Accession.
I accept the matters specified in the Schedule hereto as the matters with respect to, which the Dominion Legislature may make laws for this State.
I hereby declare that I accede to the Dominion of India on the assurance that if an agreement is made between the Governor-General and the Ruler of this State whereby any functions in relation to the administration in this State of any law of the Dominion Legislature shall be exercised by the Ruler of this State, then any such agreement shall be deemed to form part of this Instrument and shall be construed and have effect accordingly.
The terms of this my Instrument of Accession shall not be varied by any amendment of the Act or of the Indian Independence Act, 1947, unless such amendment of the Act or of the Indian Independence Act 1947, unless such amendment is accepted by me by an Instrument supplementary to this Instrument.
Nothing in this Instrument shall empower the Dominion Legislature to make any law for this State authorizing the compulsory acquisition of land for any purpose, but I hereby undertake that should the Dominion for the purposes of a Dominion law which applies in this State deem it necessary to acquire any land, I will at their request acquire the land at their expense or if the land belongs to me transfer it to them on such terms as may be agreed, or, in default of agreement, determined by an arbitrator to be appointed by the

Chief Justice of India.
Nothing in this Instrument shall be deemed to commit me in any way to acceptance of any future constitution of India or to fetter my discretion to enter into arrangements with the Government of India under any such future constitution.
Nothing in this Instrument affects the continuance of my sovereignty in and over this state, or, save as provided by or under this Instrument, the exercise of any powers, authority and rights now enjoyed by me as Ruler of this State or the validity of any law at

present in force in this State.
I hereby declare that I execute this Instrument on behalf of this State and that any reference in this Instrument to me or to the Ruler of the State is to be construed as including a reference to my heirs and successors.
Given under my hand this 26th day of October, Nineteen Hundred and Forty Seven.
Acceptance of Instrument of Accession of Jammu and Kashmir State by the Governor General of India
I do hereby accept this Instrument of Accession.
Dated this Twenty-Seventh day of October Nineteen Hundred and Forty-Seven.
(Sd). Lord Mountbatten

Governor General of India

This is what I wrote elsewhere:

India must take back Gilgit-Baltistan through war and re-organize this north-west of Indian subcontinent called Pakistan into multiple new countries. That is the only practical option. One can't just close his eyes and pretend everything will be alright automatically. India must have firm war plan and clear strategy for managing the 'Post-Pakistan North-West'.

Although war is ugly and undesirable, sometimes there is no other option. The only other way for resolution of Pakistan problem that I can think of is that Pakistan voluntarily gives back occupied Gilgit-Baltistan to India as a friendly gesture and becomes some kind of semi-protectorate of India and a secular quasi-dictatorship. But the ego and Identity crisis of Pakistan's parasitic elite class makes this option much more difficult than the war.

Good that India is bringing Kashmir issue to World's attention itself. Keep issuing such statements so that world gets curious as to what people of Kashmir want.

True that.

Now the world is getting to know more and more that there is a disputed territory between Pakistan and india and it is called Kashmir.

Pakistan should also start showing concern about indian elections in Indian occupied Kashmir, Khalistan (Punjab), Tamil Nadu, Gujrat, etc etc.

You just need to move tongue and lips...this is what these indian ministers (clowns) are good at

Would be very different when our GoI back up those cllaims with action

What is this action? Sponsoring even more cross-border terrorism in the neighboring countries? What else can we expect from "Dehati Aurat"

Do they have separate EC or they came under Pakistan's election commission. ?
Separate setup all together.
Azad Kashmir even had its president and prime minister , separate flag x judiciary etc.

Thanks to your BJP centric genocidal mindset, once again we see India drumming its war drums, no surprise. This is nothing if not an evidence of the kind of reckless and corroded mindset that is prevalent within Indian Leadership. That is what happens when you take a bunch of nut jobs and elect them your leaders; and since they are democratically elected i.e. voted into office via a hindu majority in India, it is clear that this abrasive mindset is systemic throughout india.

India is akin to the ghunda in their bollywood movies "Yeh shahdi nahin hu sakti" "Yeh Trade Corridor nahin hu sakta" "yeh election nahin hu sakta" "Yeh musalman nahin hu sakta" "Yeh christian nahin hu sakta" and just like the ghunda, the only thing you can do is oppress your own minority citizens, hence the genocide against the muslims, the killing and abduction of the Skihs that want Khalistan, the warning to the christians to convert or die, the widespread rape gangs that are roaming your streets, the incomprehensible and utterly disgusting caste system. I mean sure, you counter that by saying "but oh look how progressive we are, we had elected a Hijra into one of our state legislatures" but that brings me back to the kind of leadership you guys prefer.

But hey what you do in your country is your problem. When we say we don't give a shit, what we are saying is that we don't really care what you do in your own country - but we do find it amusing when you look across the border and start making such amusing statements. But like I said, we look forward to the day you try and do something about it.

Your objection has been noted and the response from the people of Gilgit and Balistan has also come through. There is one issue though, I can't really post it up due to sheer amount of expletives used. It would simply turn the forum blue. :p:
