You idiot, GB was an independent country for 15 days, after which the local mirs and the president decided to accede and become a part of Pakistan, get your facts right. Don't know first thing about GB and you will talk about giving me rights. As far as Pakistan armys illegal occupation is concerned: buddy if you find me this occupation. I will leave this forum. Have you ever heard news of Indian flag being risen in GB or Pak Army vs civilian sort of news. Stop this propaganda, you guys are only lying to yourselves. It won't bring any good.
When people spew out half truths, refuse to read the real history and love to live in a world of delusions, they are called morons. Which is you.

I just got tagged by a kid on a new thread on the same topic, gosh!

Lol, UN resolutions. Mate you lost it, tell me is GB part of Pakistan as per your constitution? If yes show me where otherwise quit your silly ranting.

For the second part, agreed! For a person with a second grade understanding of geopolitics which only revolves around dustbin, it must not be worth.

Stop quoting me and you can quote others who are worth your deep explanations

Our whole stance on Kashmir issue is based on UN resolutions. Show me that Pakistan is violating UN resolutions in some manner by conducting elections in GB. As for GB being part of Pakistan. Read 2009 GB act. It has made GB a defacto province part of Pakistan. And allows us to conduct elections in GB. So we have things cleared on our side. We have a 2009 governance act that supports our actions in GB. And we have UN resolutions that also don't stop us from conducting elections in GB.

So bubbloo. With all legal documents supporting us, it is time for you to come up with some legal document showing that we are violating any UN resolution or any other document that Pakistan is a party to. No rants. Some legal stuff bachai. ;)

I know your understanding of geopolitics. Jumping like a moron on change of few meaningless words.

And I would continue quoting you since your posts are so bogus and easy to refute that it forces me and other Pakistanis to answer them so that we can we humiliate you again and again.

I just got tagged by a kid on a new thread on the same topic, gosh!

Going to do with you what GB people did with brigadier ghansara singh. Complete surrender and humiliation. ;)

Do your own research, you idiot. Stop lying to yourself.
This will help. How Gilgit-Baltistan got liberated .
GB got liberated on it's own, it was not a part of Pakistan when it did. It got liberated on 1 November 1947, and after 15 days became a part of Pakistan.
Are you saying i don't know history of my own people. Stop lying to yourself.

Erstwhile princely state of Kashmir includes GB  Do you know what it means?

GB votes and is ruled by a gov who is a Pakistani citizen, people of GB do not have the fundamental rights given to a Pakistani.

What do you mean de-facto? I dont have to present any proof here, I asked if GB is part of Pakistan and if so do they vote in your national elections? You are the one who has to produce the proof kid.

You can pass any law in your assembly, does not mean a thing to India but it erodes your position on GB

Go ahead prove me otherwise and I will conceed that you know more than I think.

GBians vote a legislative assembly, with most of the power in hands of the governor. Yes i agree most of the power is with center.

They don't, ignorance,incompetence, that's all. for more info:Gilgit as a fifth province
But i am quite optimistic that current situation will, change see there is a huge middle-educated-class in GB and they are raising there voice, just like i am, sooner or later, we will get our rights. In fact i have huge expectations from Imran Khan, he has promised constitutional rights etc, etc. As far as i could figure this was our problem, if you guys started focusing on your problems, instead of you crazy obsession with us, things would be different.

@Areesh

@WAJsal I do not think GB will become a province cause if Pakistan makes it a province i.e declares it as a part of Pakistan the stand of Pakistan in UN against Kashmir becomes null and void.

However, I wish you guys all the best but it's not wrong when the world says that GB is a modern day colony of Pakistan. I hope you guys get all the rights including the right to govern yourself and have a say in national democractic setup.

forget the title, read the content. It is further elaborating the current constitutional, political problems.

Thank you. And yes you are right, education in these parts are quite emphasized on, thus the reason for such a huge number of middle class.

.
hahaha dude that is such a high schoolish comeback, you can do better than that.
But you know what - my bad, that was a little too extreme, I realize that now.
Here is a more politically correct version:

So you have a business.
I think that product is only for your domestic market.:sarcastic:

.
Kid, I don't want to give you lessons on how the diplomatic language is different from 2009 to 2015.

It's better you run back to whichever hole you came from.
Oh yeah son! why don't you try me for size

Rants and more rants. GB people would exercise their political rights on 8 June. So that is not an issue.

I asked a very simple question to you. You raised objections on the elections. I asked you to provide the legal reasoning behind objections on these elections. You failed to provide any since you don't have any. You are ready to dance on your objections on these elections but can't back those objections with any legal or documented proofs. You even don't know why are you jumping up and down on those objections since you don't have legal reasoning for it. This is your sorry condition kid.

For us. We are doing the right thing both legally, politically and logically. GB people get their voting rights. Pakistan further asserts its rule on GB. And the best part is we don't violate any UN resolution or any other agreement.

Now you make yourself clear why you were doing mujra on objections raised by your MEA. You look confused about those objections. :D

Well GB can become province of Pakistan without harming our position on Kashmir. We have different legal experts who are presenting various solutions for this. We just need to play with those resolutions and agreements. It is just playing with the words. That's it.

And anyways what you think doesn't matter. The status of GB was changed considerably in the last act of 2009. Need to twist it further. ;)

The issue was National assembly representation and special status like AJK.
