India now as autocratic as Pakistan, worse than Bangladesh: Sweden institute’s Democracy Report

India is going back to its proud traditional roots and that is sure to hurt the so called conversion business. Neo colonialism of using India for exploiting it with one sided trade is also has been put to death bed. No wonder India is autocratic to them.

I have no problem with autocratic governments as long as there is an iota of patriotism at the top helm...better to have such an autocrat rather than utterly corrupt and morally bankrupt CPI-M and Congress..

heck even Turkey,China and many other countries are autocratic and doing perfectly fine


More importantly autocrats can get rid of bureaucratic red tape---The greatest enemy of undeveloped countries....Most of the budget is eaten up for the upkeep of the government machinery...Free markets and autocratic government is the way to go..with a degree of protection for critical domestic industries
