India is part of NAM, however during the Cold War era India's strategic partnership leaned towards the Soviets because of US backing of pakistan. India's has one prime enemy which is pakistan. India and China have their problems as well, mainly with border disputes. However once that's solved I wouldn't see any real reason to hold any enmity.
