Of course, this figure of 43 was concocted by their Establishment, and then given to the pliable media.

There was no visit to ground zero by anyone. All that is available is pictures fo the signboard and few craters. None whatsoever of that building.

India didn’t provide irrefutable proof. Since it was across the border India could have provided proof only in the form of satellite pictures.
Pakistan says that India failed, it didn’t have to rely on satellite pictures. It had to just organise a quick trip to the site and call bluff to Indian story.

The claim that Pakistan didn’t need to organise a trip doesn’t sound solid since that turned into a trip required after a long gap.
