IIM-Ahmedabad is the best in the country and all global companies come there..
Foreign students also study, but yes the article states we are the 4th best place to study management not 4th best for foreign students to study..
Means the institutions are good at management.. But this list is a global list...

The average GMAT score at IIMA is 770/800, while at Stanford Graduate School of Business, the school that boost the highest average GMAT score in US, is 730.

Sorry to say, Germany is no where. I think the top German Business Schools are Mannheim Business School and WHU, and neither of them are in top 100. France and Spain have better business schools. France has HEC, while Spain has IESE. Both are ranked consistently in top 20.

The article is really misleading. What it's actually reporting is that India is the 4th best place to study management courses according to a GMAC survey. The title gave the impression that India was the 4th most desired place for foreign students to get their education, which is kinda inconceivable seeing as, IIRC, no Indian university is in the top 200 of any reputable world ranking.

Nothing is misleading in the report...your are just trying to mislead......

Let's not get defensive. World university rankings are not all Western - the most reputable ranking right now is actually Academic Ranking of World Universities, a Chinese list. The Times Higher Education is another popular list. I don't think any Indian universities appear in the top 200 for either list. I also don't care what a youtube video says. American K-12 education may be lax by Asian standards, but American higher education is indisputably the best in the world.
