2.Our infrastructure budget for 2013-2017 is $ 1 trillion-and there are many of projects,funding for which have been already released.

Like,metro rails in our cities,we already have them in 3 cities,5 more cities are.going to get a metro rail by 2013-2014 & The plan is to have a metro rail in 21 cities by 2021.
