Christmas is celebration of birth of Christ and not his crucifixion. That is good Friday. You are yet to answer why Mother Teresa is "unethical" and "immoral". You are not a bigot but is a wise hindu who is concerned of religious conversion but not of the reason why those conversion have taken place. Christianity is spreading not at sword's point. India is a secular country and people have the choice of religion. why are you so concerned?Lol. Don't be so intolerant.
There is nothing cool about celebrating torturing and crucifixion of a man.
Lol. Christian Bigot alert.
More christian bigotry from the children of mother teresa. Nice.
Probably because I am not a bigot like you.
Sorry. Cant help u. Dont share ur philosophy either. Teresa was an unethical evangilist and ur fanatic rant does not change that.
Worse is to see the christians and the church use her for propoganda.
I don't know what this " truth" is....but as a teenager I did volunteer for a few weeks at a missionaries of charity home. It was extremelty difficult work and they do provide a home to those who have nowhere else to go. the stories I heard from the inmates were truly horrendous! It makes you lose faith in humanity. We need a million less Mother Teresa's is more close to the truth.
I admire some of what she did on personal level (and some is worthy of top tier admiration)....but overall she was a big net negative I am afraid to say.
I still remember the day and moment I learned the real truth about this Mother and have never looked back.
Are the stories of baptizing the dying people true?I don't know what this " truth" is....but as a teenager I did volunteer for a few weeks at a missionaries of charity home. I do feel that mother Teresa is selectively eulogized because she is white. I personally know many people who have devoted their life to various deserving causes without ever getting any recognition at all.
What India needs is superior governance not more charitable workers. "Teach to fish" not "give a fish"
I did not work with the dying...so cannot say....there were people who were seriously ill though...physically and mentally...people picking at their own boils with a hair comb......a child so twisted as to be barely human and disowned by the parents....again you have to appreciate what these people do..the only criticism I have is that they need to provide more intensive medical care than they do. They had a doctor and a pschyatrist who visited once a week. ...but not enough. I almost feel disloyal saying this but I think if they wanted to they could get the best doctors to volunteer time daily...I feel people would be willing to donate their time ..it is more of a philosophy that is stopping them....said enough.....when I asked them what they needed...it was mostly clothes for inmates etc...never asked for medicines. Are the stories of baptizing the dying people true?

Why was mother Teresa necessary? Why the Hindu organizations did not extend the help that was necessary. Before calling mother Teresa names. You should introspect why Hindus have managed to create slaves within their own religion and why the oppression and nonchalance have destroyed the society and paved the way for vote bank politics and reservation which is burning the country. Perhaps you should try to find out why untouchables should not embrace a religion which gives them equality and respect.
Fortunately mother Teresa came to Kolkata else she might have ended up like Graham Staines who was burnt alive with his children by Bajrang Dal. Please refrain from saying names like "bigot" when you don't have answers. Using these adjectives doesn't change the facts.
Before questioning a certain community tell us what you did for the poor? What the governments did for the poors all these years after independence? Christian groups are aided by foreign funds, they help poor, its very good, but they do it as a Christian not as a human. Why was mother Teresa necessary? There was never any slavery in Indian history. Please provide some links if you have. However, going back in history again and again to point fingures at certain group is not the solution. What matters is what we do now. Awareness with economic well being changes everything so our focus should be that. You should introspect why Hindus have managed to create slaves within their own religion and why the oppression and nonchalance have destroyed the society and paved the way for vote bank politics and reservation which is burning the country. Before you come up with that so what if they promote Christianity atleast they are helping poor, you must know that those same nations which fund them will never help our country if it was not for Christianity. Unlike them we cannot afford them to just give away money, because giving poor money is not the permanent solution, they need to come in the economical cycle. And if they really really want to help India, then why don't they help our farmers by providing them biotech to produce crops more efficiently? The reason is trade, they donate the fraction of the same money they gain by trading.
Christianity is spreading not at sword's point.

1. the state or condition of being a slave; a civil relationship whereby one person has absolute power over another and controls his life, liberty, and fortune
2. the subjection of a person to another person, esp in being forced into work
3. the condition of being subject to some influence or habit
4. work done in harsh conditions for low pay
The MOST Dumbest reply i have read ! Thanks for the Laughs! If you are going to nit pick then the real reason for a celebration on 25 December, then know its because its the birthday of Mitra, the god of light, celebrated for more than 4000 years.
The christian appropriation of this is just another example of the fraud the church has furnished on the world.
The immoral and unethical behaviour of teresa is well documented and you can watch the video in this same thread for a small sample of the reality.
Finally christianity is certainly spreading at the point of a gun and with unethical propaganda and with the use of Money. For all ethical consideration it is no different from spreading on the point of the sword.
She was NOT necessary at all. Its hilarious that you would think so. There are plenty of Hindu organisations that do more without the need for advertising it or exploiting human misery for brand promotion and personal glory.
Christianity is the largest Slave making, slave owning, slave creating, slave exploiting and slave built civilization in the history of mankind. Its Nauseating that you now have the audacity to preach to Hindus about "slavery"
Hinduism is the ONLY civilisation in the world which did not have Slaves or Slavery.
Your Bigotry and loathing is on full display but I expect nothing less from a christian. A Grim reminder for the rest of the hindus about the Real Face behind "mother" teresa. The real dangers of Christianity and its foul children.
I am glad Staines was killed or he would have given birth to more Bigots like you and destroyed Indian civilisation even further. Not the best of justice, but in this christian dominated world, its the best we could do. I can live with that.
Finally I do not wish to debate with a Bigot because its a waste of time. Like wrestling with a pig, it only brings joy to the pig. So do not bother to reply.
Here another one !All the time they spread false propaganda against anything and everything related to hinduism. Sati, caste, snake charmers, slumdog millionaire, black magic, pagan rituals, shiva linga and what not. While preaching their god is the most compassionate one, who died for us. Whose son was born of a virgin (Whoa!), who created man and woman and that apple. there is a consistently running and well scripted (and very well funded) sotryline, relying on poverty and sufferings to convert people to their faith. And their own religious history is filled with bloodshed, oppression, wars in the name of crusades, slavery, pagan rituals like choosing a new pope, exorcism....and many such things still remain.
I am not against any religion, I am against belittling any other's faith to propagate your own.
