India must Heed to World Concern over BSF Killing

In addition to impulse, BSF brutality and killing are supported by indian law approved by indian policy makers at highest level. How does that brutality and senseless killing reflect on so called "secular" india? It's more like indians are trying to hide their redical and fundamentalists actions behind "secular" mask.

The BSF, which has a long record of severe human rights abuses and members of India’s other security forces, are exempt from criminal prosecution unless specific approval is granted by the Indian government to undertake a prosecution in a particular case. This legally sanctioned impunity is even included in a new bill to prohibit torture under consideration in the Indian parliament. The bill, as presently drafted, will require approval from the central or a state government for a court to have jurisdiction over an offense committed by a public servant.

What has secular India got to do with border guards shooting at infiltrators? Secularism is for Indian citizens, not for those who want to practice pole vaulting or other type of extreme sport like "dodge the bullet".

A country like india which policy makers approve law to patronize radical behavior and support brutal killings of civilians, regardless of indians or not, is simply a radical state. And people who supporting these radical acts are radical themselves. Unfortunately, indian institutions (govt, lawmakers, justice systems, security forces and media) and vast section of its people could not come out of radicalism and fundamentalism. That is why india has communal genocide every few years. Sikh genocide in 1984, Muslim genocide in Gujrat in 2002. Christians are prosecuted. Even lower caste hindus are deprived and faced with injustices. How can india claim "secularism" beside its name?
As I said, it's more like indians are trying to hide their redical and fundamentalists actions behind "secular" mask.

Yeah, we are all radical secularists.
The rest of your post is the usual stuff about communal riots brought in to shore up a non survivable argument. The Indian state is secular, people obviously are not. They can at best, for the most part be tolerant, secularism is usually the attribute of the state, not that of an individual.

You know what inner strength is. It can make a man less impulsive. BSF troops are too impulsive and shoot at others without understanding the pain the victims suffer.

About your so-called infiltration, Indians have said only gossip reports. Can you answer how 2 or 20 million people, as the Indians claim, can pass through such a brutal fence? And why any muslim Bangladeshi will even go to India? They can go to the middle-east, where doors are open for our citizens. Moreover, come to BD and you will see how we lack farmhands in the villages and how the wages have rose. So far, as the reports say, BSF has killed mostly the smugglers.

What a joke? KSA and Kuwait already banned Bangladeshis. Last time I heard except for UAE almost every gulf state had eough of Bangladeshis and were looking to ban them from entering their countries.

Hard time for workers

The slide in overseas jobs followed the ban imposed by Malaysia in early 2009 and restriction on recruitment by Saudi Arabia in 2008. Besides, Kuwait continues its ban, imposed in 2006, while job transfer options in Saudi Arabia have also become limited, frustrating the Bangladeshis there.

Also I think you have no idea how much it costs to get a Gulf visa. On the otherhand Bangladeshis just have to dodge BSF bullets and jump over the fence to reach India and if they reached the western parts of India where there is a lot of construction going on, they will surely get a job.

Where in the source you provided does it say that the KSA and Kuwait already banned Bangladeshi workers? They did ban them for a short time, but they later lifted it.

Your own source:
Expatriates' Welfare Minister Khandker Mosharraf Hossain, however, said too many irregularities in labour recruitment had led to the ban.

Malaysia, which is now recasting its foreign workers sector, will soon start recruiting from Bangladesh. Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are also taking similar steps, he said.

KSA to resume hiring workers after 3 years

Please, don't spread bullshit.

Its clearly said that KSA restricted BD recruitment while Kuwait completely banned it. Also my link is more recent (Dec 2011 vs April 2011) compared to yours..I think you overlooked it. In your link its clearly said that KSA is only looking forward to hire 4 categories of workers from BD..housemaids, house drivers, security guards and gardeners while the largest employer in any Gulf state is the construction sector.

Bangaldesh should first ask its Armed Forces to strike back with full fore this can stop India from these acts and if stil it doesn't the loss can make India stop and also deadly clash will force the world to pay heed and pressurize India to stop its actions

^ Go ahead Bangladesh, but I think the only country who can challenge India in South Asia is Pakistan.

^^^ Indians have a form of radical secularism. You can't even eat beef without going to jail for 7 years.

In Madhya pradesh. Not the whole of India.

So that means Madhya pradesh is not secular. I thought INDIA is a secular federal republic.
SO does that mean Madhya pradesh doesnot belong to the Indian union. you guys should give
Madhya pradesh independence which will be great for peace & stability of S.asia.

Like USA in India Power to make new laws are divided between Federal Govt. and State Govt. State Govt. has total power to make certain new laws that they are permitted to. For example in Arizona (a state of USA) you can own AK-47 but in Sates like California, New York you can't. Similarly, there is no restriction on cow slaughter in sates like West Bengal, Kerala but state like Madhya Pradesh has. India passes & secures all the parameters to be called itself a secular country and India doesn't need any certificates from Bangladesh to be called itself a secular country.

Not easy to do that. In most cases, the BSF is firing from & into Indian territory. Any Bangladeshi firing into Indian territory would be a reckless act & would probably be met with an equal response . It would be very foolish to enter into such action on the presumption that outside pressure will necessarily help. It may. Equally possible that such an action may be counterproductive for Bangladesh. Deliberately provoking India may very will be the dream of many in BD but surely you at least realise the dangers of such an action. BD needs to work with India to find a solution, grandstanding will serve no purpose..

How 20 million bangladeshi came to India?

10 million came when Indian opened its border for sheltering your people from west pakistan and rest 10 million-infinity are result of extream capacity of reproduction of those intruder( no wonder why bangladesh is most densly populated country in world)

I checked the date just buddy. Did you even read what was said in your own source?

Aren't those 2011 articles?

Your key word is 'ban'. Now that is a strong word. Nowhere does it recently say that they banned it. It had more to do with lack of compliance of the Bangladeshi-based organization to manage the whole thing. Riyadh is only hiring them as needed as per category.

The Arabs and Malaysians have no problem with Bangladeshis working in jobs they don't want to do. And cheap as well. And if there is no demand for them, they can stop hiring anytime they want. And if the Bangladeshis are living there illegally or engage in unfavorable activities, they have every right to deport them as per law. No problem there.

Then, there's also the issue of economic downturn and unrest in the Middle East. But despite this, remittance flows have been decent. They are also looking elsewhere in the Far Eastern countries.

Again, this issue is not even remotely related to the topic.

But nice try trying to pin down on anything 'Bangladeshi'

( no wonder why bangladesh is most densly populated country in world)
