We don't give excuses, we have such a big gap because of our own faults.

2. Building "supercomputers" by using those out of the box components are never considered high tech, in fact, Chinese government has stopped funding projects like that, they now require the processor (CPU) to be designed and made in China. time to upgrade your standard.
