What you fail to see is that India had already made deal with the Soviets similar to the LSA, and even offered the same deal to the deal earlier. What happens during Gulf war, when Indian bases was filling the U.S aircraft with fuels, then what's difference does this LSA will make, which is CASE to CASE basis as stated by DM.

Are bhai why do you give such challenges. They are so ashamed of their past (because their pardadas 800 years go converted from Hinduism or Sindhuism or Jhelumism or Mohenjodarooism or Paganism to Islam) that they do not want to have any relation or identity associated with Indians.

Everywhere that provides logistics support for the US military is essentially the same as a US military base, and they have a lot of wars in Asia that they will use it for.
