China has disputes with at least half a dozen countries and still continues as a member of UNSC.
Again, the ONLY requirement to be a P5 member, was to have been a major independent power on the Allied side of WW2. Nothing else.
India did not exist back then, that's why they were never considered. No one was going to give 2 permanent seats to Britain.
As for our disputes, China has not had any cross-border bloodshed for over 30 years. Our disputes in the SCS use coast guard ships and water hoses, nobody actually dies.
Whereas India's borders are soaked with blood, your border with Pakistan, your border with Bangladesh, you guys shoot everything that moves. Only about a month ago India used artillery shells on civilian villages in Pakistan, killing scores of civilians.
