Why ? you want to laugh at yourself, some more ?
Because the Chinese understood the pulse of the people, Arunachalis did not like them one bit and didn't want to share the same fate as the Tibetans.Oh, yeah, I knew it was coming. LOL
Victory only in terms of Objectives achieved. If they were too victorious, why did they unilaterally withdrew their troops to pre-war position especially in the territories they had been claiming their own for years (Tawang), rather choose to keep barren Aksai Chin instead ?? Any guess ????

India received a loan of $3.8 billion in 2015, the largest in the sub-continent, followed by China ($1.8 billion) in East Asia and Pacific... By your logic China also getting peanuts from World bank...India lacks funds hence it is not in a position to spend more on its military. 25% of revenue goes towards debt servicing.
Imagine a so called fastest growing economy a la India borrowing peanuts from World Bank:
India Signs Loan Agreement with the World Bank for USD 40 Million
Uber shame.
That was without doubt the most important factor. The Chinese crossed into the north bank town of Tezpur in Assam from Bhalukpong in Arunachal. Assam was virtually defenceless and could have been overrun in a short time. Then they decided to turn back unexpectedly. Perhaps they understood the futility of it all and didn't want to antagonize the local populace any more.Might be. But the main thing as per military POV is maintaining such a big troop size in a contested territory, providing reinforcements and logistics, it's simply not practical. As far as Aksai Chin is concerned, it is the exactly the same or bit more hard for India.

The question is:
If China wanted to borrow more in 2015 than India, would the WB have rejected the same?
Now its your move to embarrass your own self.
The answer could be in "yes" or "no"...
In 2015 the Chinese economy was 5 times ahead of India as well as its (International) credit rating.
China still maintains the better credit rating than lackluster India.
Any question kid?

Read your comment boy...
By your logic...
Imagine a so called biggest economy China getting peanuts( $1.8 billion) from WB ... Understand???
Ha ha... You are a moron... This $1.8 billion is total credit for the the whole 2015... It spread for a number of small projects... India's total for that year was $3.8 billion... Obiviously that is also not for a single project...How is a 1.8 billion equal to a 40 million dollars?
By how many times?
The number is 45 times.
Hence India is inferior to China by 45 times this way.
But its the solvency, credit rating and the sovereignty factor besides other factors which determines which country qualifies for how much loan.
Would Ethiopia qualify for 10 billion USD World Bank loan?
Don't be a moron to begin with.
