I heard 400 millions Chinese can't speak mandarin and its not a language but some pictures(Chinese scripts) that unites China. BTW most of the people in India can speak Hindi but we don't need any language to assert our historical Indian identity. India was unified for the first time by the Maurya Empire in the 3rd century BC and thats why
