Pakistan suffered terrorism for 35 years due to the Cold War and later due to American policies and Indian support for terrorists.
India is facing genuine and legitimate fight from its populations in kashmir, Punjab , Assam etc. There is no terrorism there. Occupying Indian forces are the legitimate target and need to be neutralized .
If Kashmiris living across the border are shocked with rapes and innocents being killed on daily basis by Indian army and decide to cross the border to help their brothers and sisters then by all mean.
