Nope. No non kashmiriz can settle in GB or azad kashmir. I am from azad kashmir. A kashmiri by birth not ethnically.

No one from pakistan is allowed to settle in kashmir or GB.

While we can go all over pakistan and settle down if we want to but why leave heavenly home.

Pakistan actually follows united nations charter so we can't do that until referendum all over kashmir.

I feel like once 370 and 35a are gone, Kashmiri Pundits can go back. Further it’ll pave way for much more development and integration. The Indian side can prosper and people will lead peaceful lives.

Eliminating articles 35A and 370 will help matters in that Indians can actually live and do business in what is supposed to be an Indian state -- disputed or not. First thing is to bring back all the Hindu Pandits who were forced out. Second, open Kashmir to any Indian who wants to live there.

There will be no civil war, this is just your wet dream. North Indians back India's Kashmir policy and will support the elimination of articles 35A and 370.

loll what help? Refugees? Those were the result of you helping US over through Afghan government and then supporting warlords like Gulbadin and Taliban. Do you think the people wanted to be refugees? Or are you saying fighting the Russians?

Did the Afghan government at the time formally asked Pakistan for help? Or was it done for the American dollars?

Also your logic doesn't make sense, if we don't respect countries that help us, why do we appreciate the Indian help, Iranian help or American help? Why only are we against Pakistan helping us?

Here is fact that Pakistan army or govt doesn't want NATO or US forces leave Afghanistan until a complete accord sign between all fighting groups and US or EU will be guarantor of this accord. Otherwise if NATO or US leave Afghanistan in limbo then Pakistan will face another mega influx of refugee due to " if " war broke out among rival groups. And that is expected.
