Man, whats your problem? the new pakistani generation don't view themselves the same as indians. we don't look like you, we don't smell like you, we have a different religion ect....it's just simple.

What the problem with you? Why don't you read before commenting? No one is arguing that modern Pakistan is way different than India in every way.

Look? How do you look? I am asking same question again.... Are the Sindhis and Pashtuns look same? Are the Baluch and Punjabis look same? Are the Bengalis and Rajputs look same? Are the Kashmiris and Manipuris look same? Are the Tamils and Jatts look same?

Smell? How you smell?

Religion? Our Muslim population is somewhere near to that of Pakistan.

i think we are debating a wrong argument all the while. the title itself is flawed. looks like these reality show contestants had a limited exposure to indian culture or only to those ones which are similar to pakistan. where i come from (mangalore, karnataka) or for that matter any of the southern states do not share any of these culture. what we need to realise that each & every part of india has their own culture, tradition, food, language & for some extent traditional clothing as well. so, no.. maybe some part of india is similar to pakistan.. not most of them!!

and i dont know about what flood victims in Sindh or Punjab think of India BUT here in my province of Pakistan called Khyber Pukhtunkhwa we give a .SH.IT to whatever India is we are no more interested in protesting over closure of those crapy soups.

here the internal hate comes from inside in the form of slums.when you can't compete ,you bring slums coz you dont have to say anything more than this.firstly look at your slums then talk .i dont think your slums challenges the 5 star hotels and our small huts.pakistan image shows enough,not to comment.

btw slums can be modified and ppl can be lifted up.but there are certain things which cant be changed,and you have all.

What about pre 1947 Pakistan? Even then the region which is present day Pakistan was mostly different from the rest of the indian subcontinent! We look different physically and our culture might have some similarities but mostly is different!

and BTW, Punjabis only make up 30-40% of Pakistan's population, and this the common misconception that indians have about Pakistan, they think Pakistan only consists of Punjabis but leave out the Pashtuns (Ethnic Afghans that make up 30-35% of Pakistan's population), and Balochis (Both of which are Persian races)!

I'm a Pashtun and i have nothing in common with an indian!

Also the main ethnic group in India which can be compared to Pakistanis are Punjabis, and Punjabis are about 3% of the indian population...
