India--Iran--Afghanistan Finalise Agreement on Chabahar TRANSPORT and TRANSIT pact

What about millions of Afghan refugees in Pakistan ? Will they also be traveling to Chabahar:lol: Please request your 130 transport companies to take your fellow countrymen as their first assignment.

For you my dear, I promise free shipping.

Charbahar should not be limited to Afghanistan, otherwise we'll never get it's proper returns. The port should be used for access to further areas, plus the raw materials from mines of Afghanistan will be imported very easily through this route. For pakistani, they should be happy with gwadar coz it has provided them with many opportunity, Charbahar will definitely provide them good competition coz both the ports are built to connect the same route, lets see whether the central asian countrieschoose Afghanistan overPakistani route to get the access to Arabian sea.

India only pay to malya adani and modi

Agree with Abba Dabba Jabba . This project will benefit all 4 countries and will increase the trades.

Kek, are we supposed to be impressed ? Don't make me laugh , you just redirected existing trade tours to a alternate ones. We are still finalising the drafts yet major economies in the region have already signed the deal .

The markets India can reach through Iran is far greater than Pakistan, we now can access EU & Central Asia . We are in a finalising stage with Turkmenistan & Uzbekistan .

But the hilarious thing is ridiculous comparison with Pakistan. India is THE 7th largest economy in the world in nominal , and the 3RD largest economy in PPP , Our very exports surpassed the economy of Pakistan (in 40th spot)

No matter how many railway tracks pics you post won't change that fact

India does not border with any countries you have mentioned, and it seems you people are living in delusional world.

And if you think you can bypass Pakistan and dominate the sea, you would be truly mistaken. Our sea area just got extended.

I agree there is no comparison between India and Pakistan. India is 7x larger in population and size, has the world's most poorest people on earth (below poverty line), GDP per capita is lower, there is higher inflation and unemployment rate, higher national debt, and its apparently a recipient of more foreign aid. Now as far exports are concerned, well reality is you have invited more East India type companies to loot you and all I would say is good luck. ;)

I don't know who teach you that shipping routs are stopped via EEZ??? Better study regards or watch closely the EEZ map you posted here, it shows the Marine routes...

Great, this project can bring about an economic boom for Afghanistan if properly implemented, it can also hugely increase trade between subcontinent and central Asia, Russia, Turkey and Europe.

Indeed, at least some members can see that there is a way for everyone to win. We can be a much more efficient route for Pakistan for access to Iraq, Turkey and Europe, while Pakistan can give us land access to China. 2 countries would be fools if they don't use this opportunity to enhance trade and establish a business route from Mediterranean sea to Eastern China.

We are open to any country in the region but India.

Also I would like to point out I dislike the word 'subcontinent'. Neither our lands, people and cultures are same nor we were tied by same histories for the most part. It just happened that the British ruled both of us at the same time and to make their lives easier they promoted oneness, hence the word 'subcontinent'.

Now let me explain why we single out India from any connectivity. They have always played double games and this socio-political rivalry has gotten to a point now where it has gone beyond borders.

From day one they are living in a delusional world. They have a belief their country extends all the way to Afghanistan and one day they will become a super dupa power like the U.S. The 50 years of Ashoka is stuck in their heads and while they know this is no age to take over lands and fight conventional wars, they are playing tactics from evil philiosphers like Chanakya. In short they have two eggs in the basket ; Spreading terror and instability from enemy's neighbours without host country's attention and smuggling arms and supporting extreme groups within the enemy.

Once again just to be clear, we would be happy to have an economic and strategic alliance from China to Turkey and all give and takes would be acceptable. Better we secure ourselves. I would even recommend our own people to ignore Arabs.

No one is stopping you to do business but Pakistan is very clear any Yindo terrorist like Yindo Yadhav using foreign soil to spread terrorism inside Pakistan will be met with force. ;)

Central Asia looks more like an ambition but let me remind you there are ranges in the Af-Pak-Tajik region called Hindukusch which literally means 'Hindu Killer'. You can hail any idol you want, fact is the area is historically known to be dead end for your people :D

Iran to Europe is politically difficult. Turkey is the gateway and after China, Pakistan values its ties with them. :coffee:

North_South_Transport_Corridor_%28NSTC%29.jpg

study conducted by the Federation of Freight Forwarders’ Associations in India found the route is, "30% cheaper and 40% shorter than the current traditional route".[7][8] Analysts predict the corridor is likely to increase trade connectivity between major cities such as Mumbai, Moscow, Tehran, Baku, Bandar Abbas, Astrakhan, Bandar Anzali and etc:D

Chabahar-vs-Gwadar-map.jpg

Chahbar will mainly be an import centric port and many shipping lines will find it uncompetitive as they will have to return from the port with empty ship. There is not much Afghanistan and Iran can export to middle east unlike China which has a massive market share for exports to middle east + massive re-exports from Dubal free zones too.

The economic viability of Chabar in terms of volume of trade is still questionable..and over all it an Indian sponsored project to facilitate Indian exports.
