I really, really, really doubt any part of Rig Veda mentions Hindustan.
(Even if it was true, the criteria regarding geographic origin of author, as mentioned in OP, is not met.)

India/Hind/Sindh is already part of the PAKSTAN acronym. The S stands for Sindh.

I don't think naming entire Pakistan as Sindh would sit well with the Iranic speaking Pakistanis.

The point is Hinduism is a fake religion and India is a fake country.
