I think both of you misunderstood.
Coming to think of it,when I had gone through what I posted,I found it confusing myself.
The money is indeed in various bank accounts.The problem is with the Swiss law,which protects the identity of the account holder from tax authorities, foreign governments or even Swiss authorities.This is actually what I meant.
Now there are exceptions to this law of course,but only in case of a proved case of criminal conviction.The way the CBI or IT department in India can conduct a raid to go through someone's accounts on the basis of suspicions, cant be done here.
