Ground reality is that India has merged IoK into the Indian state. Pakistan has done nothing to change that except cry out to US, Russia, China, GCC etc and frankly speaking none of them really care about the change. Even relying on the UN to change anything is laughable. Pakistan's economy doesn't allow it to engage into any war with India. The Indians outsmarted the Pakistanis. The LoC is now the border between India and Pakistan. Sadly, the mad and reckless Hindu nationalists will now try to change the demographics of Kashmir by industry and settlements. As Pakistan could do nothing about the Indian state absorption of Kashmir, I suspect that it will similarly be unable to do anything about a change of demographics.
