For Chinese: "dharna" means peaceful agitation, "bhukh-hartal" means hunger-strike.

who knows whats the reason?? May be because DBO has not big runway enough to operate IL-76?? Hope someone can clarify here. (IL-76 need 1700 m to takeoff while C-130J need 900m)

we can use methods like JATO(jet assisted takoff) to reduce the takeoff run..

Absolutely, just calm down and think logically, these tent businesses are nothing but "Dharna". They are coming and sitting in front of IBTP without firing a shot; that certainly qualifies as a "Dharna". I don't know exactly whether they didn't try to create a supply line, or they were denied a supply line, but the fact is, they had to leave when food & water ran out, and we knew that from the beginning.

Unlike India-Pakistan border where firing is a daily affair, India-China borders are much more peaceful. Both Indian & Chinese soldiers keep bumping at each other on each other’s territory, we even use Chinese built roads on their territory while patrolling when they are not noticing, same goes for PLA Since we don't fire at each other on sight, why should we spoil that understanding and make that border a bloody one like Indo-Pak borders.
