India imports around 4 million tonnes of Palm Oil from Malaysia every year and BD total imports are nearly 2 million tonnes a year.
BD could take a sizeable chunk of the lost exports to India.
You sanction Malaysia, BD gets Palm oil at excellent price from Malaysia.

We just need cool headed Statesmen to make it a reality....

Even in educational sector... have a close look... if we combine higher education and focus on creating, pushing standards and research.. there is no reason that we can not produce universities in top 100... this is one area we need to focus as well...
