India Developing, but still a long way to go

No big deal, India is all pillars, all dug-up, all boom-boom all the way yet the critical eye reveals vast systemic, high level gaps.

Banking sector (banks give you upto ~ 10 % starting @ 15 days to 3-5 yrs. to whatever yrs.; and nobody cares. Real estate, Gold, specialised stock investments return 100-300 % easy, over 3-5 yrs.) is booming yet uber conservative. Housing, real estate and construction is booming yet nowhere near normalisation, re: pent up mid to low-mid market demand. Auto industry has gaping holes yet fully sliced-&-diced. Tourism, leisure and entertainment plays are naive at best. Telecom is unbelievably amazing but still room in the bottom of the market. Food and clothing, retail and specially services industry; Green, clean and public health verticals are juvenile.

I am in India and went on Indian railways.
Costs are pennies on a dollar, backpackers, next gen. hippies and young phoreners travel cheap, cattle class for a handfull of dollars; middle class Indians travel richer, more upscale comfort class.
