'Swimming Pool' on top must be made legally mandatory for 'tanki' or dual use water storage as well as recreational use, except drinking supply to tenants. Gardening, Clothes-washing, kitchen dish-washing, toilets, showers can use this water no problem. To be pumped back up at night like normal practice with tanky's. Standard concrete tanki's are a waste of cement, steel, resources etc. and are a health hazard re: unclean water inside because of un-hygenic, sub-standard and callous maintainence practices.

My word, 'tanki's' are disgusting inside (speaking form experience).

Technically speaking, in corrupt construction business 'visual inspection' is everything .

Pools look cool too .
