nearly all the civil contract in the video is with l&t , a Indian company.
All the engineers, workers, raw material, etc is from domestic sources.
Tracks will probably be imported from high quality Japan...

In comparison, the cpec was made with Chinese workers imported in large numbers with engineers etc.
Its a lost financial opportunity and hampers domestic skill development.
Why are Chinese engineers and workers needed to build highways and airports ?
