Its the same Shipyard, But they will build a new, third dry dock there.

After searching a bit, I found that it will be a new dry dock apart from 2 already in use....While checking out CSL on google maps I found out that there are plenty of space for that on the left side....hell they can build 2-3 bigger dry docks if they wish to.
