Just because someone is carrying a gun doesn’t mean they are Taliban. It’s part of Pashtun culture to carry guns.

No I didn't go to AJK. However, recent statement from your AJK Prime Minister on how free Kashmiris are during recent elections, clarifies it all. Is there still a need to elaborate.
