You just love twisting our words. The US, Japan, Philippines may interfere, but Vietnam will be the one who fight China if there is a war. We may not win but we will still fight.

I doubt that the Philippines can contribute as we only have two refurbished Hamilton-class cutters that are converted into a frigate, three Peacock-class corvettes, WW-2 era ships and the rest are patrol ships/fast attack ships. The only "jet" we have at the moment is the Aermacchi S-211 which is very small compared to say, Chengdu J-10.

Vietnam is far ahead of India in almost every indicators. To imagine Vietnam to India like Pakistan to China is delutional thought of many Indians, but few Vietnamese care about India.
