I truly appreciate Blaze's sentiments and what he said for Pakistan and India friendship. I wish all Pakistanis and Indians would have similar thoughts for each other. I hope that more educated younger generations who do not have very strong memories and "fixed emotions" that came with partition and previous conflicts will understand each other.
As a Pakistani, I do think that two nation theory might have quite a bit of truth in it, which certainly does not mean we should not make good and close friends with India. Pakistan will always exist as a separate country but it would be good for both India and Pakistan to become honest friends and great neighbors.
We have a lot of people, in both India and Pakistan, who like this animosity to continue forever, we must encourage voices of sanity who talk about bringing the two nations closer and end perpetual hatred between the two people.
Kashmir is certainly a dispute that evokes emotions in both countries, but I do not think this problem can ever be solved by force. Indian Army cannot take our part of Kashmir and Pak Army cannot conquer the other part of Kashmir. The consequences of any misadventure to take on the other nation by force are too extreme for both countries which obviates military solution of this problem, a reality we have to understand very well. However since emotions can be inflamed on this issue very easily, vested interests like to exploit this issue to the extreme, just like they exploit religion. It has become fashionable to talk against exploiting religion in Politics, which is a good development but Kashmir is a very similar issue where we have to defeat those vested interests and understand what is actually good for our nations.
