It was a mistake, but Indian guards started punching like a little kid. Both guards took left step, Pakistani guard most probably miscalculated his step and brush up his elbow to the Indian. Every military men who have drilled know quite well soldiers miss steps and there are corrective procedure built into drilling manuals.
