In Islam, even taking and keeping pictures is haraam.

Do we keep pictures of our dead relatives or no? Do we have Quaid e Azam's photo in every government office and on currency notes?

This family has gone an extra mile and that's it.

Now please stop being rude about.. you don't like it, say it you didn't like the way they have shown their affection and move on.. The kind of comments you were posting earlier is also not part of our culture.
