Su-57 will be inducted this year when the first batch of serial production planes are delivered. China ain't getting 6th gen for years. It's not even on the drawing board yet. Russia already has 6th gen Su-70 under testing.

They are 6th gen planes. 5th gen: Su-57, J-20. 6th gen: Su-70, GJ-11. Notice 6th gen planes made first flights later than 5th gen planes did.

6th gen planes are unmanned.

6th gen planes are open to being both dual manned and unmanned. It would be foolish to have only unmanned fighters because of EW could take control over the unmanned fighters. Maybe a closed connection quantum signal would suite this strategy of unmanned.

Better to have manned fighters controlling swarms of drones since close proximity allows for the keeping of the control of drones.

It was a freak accident. It could happen to anyone anywhere. Anyway, this does not negate the fact Su-57 is under serial production.
