this is a very good business model. TBH I wish I thought of selling stainless steel IOT toilets in India. The only change is, I'd also incorporate a pay per use model incorporating a mobile payment/coin/cash/credit card reader for corporate rather than government clients, and a model compatible with WiFi (internal booster) or a polycarbonate roof to receive mobile signals.

the other is a high end slum toilet for your high class gangsters and thugs who need to live in the slums to take care of business, but want a better place to take care of their business. maybe something that offers lemon scented hand soap and a RF warning receiver.
