Nobody in Syria cares about 'coming against the world'. It's the opposite, the world is coming against them. All your armies already there on small scale and getting their bums whooped.

The rebels have no access to arms/funding which is hindering their ability to be more effective. They can be made really effective if they have a smart leader.

Rebels with rusty AK managed to capture 2/3 of Syria from armed to teeth SAA with thousands of tanks hundreds of jets, thousands of pieces of artillery.

But in 2013 they were attacked by Iraqi, Afghan and Hezbollah mercenaries + backstubbed by ISIS, nevertheless they managed to make some advances still as result Russia and Iran intervened directly.

Now its Syrian rebels vs: Iran, Iraq, Russia, ISIS, Hezbollah.

Russia have the best Fighter Aircraft PAK-FA (T-50), su27, su34 etc, the BEST air to air - ground to air s400, ground to ground missile tech RS-28 Sarmat ICBM, kalibre Missile tech in the world. Recently they showed their Kalibre Missile tech fired from the Mediterranean sea into Syria (over Iran and Iraq) and NATO have absolutely no answer to it. The s400 still have nothing in comparison. In the past decade Russia have made brutal gains whilst NATO have stood still and cut back costs. Russian/China one dollar spent is the equivalent of NATO 10 dollar spent. To this day the USA use Russian rockets for space and helicopters in Afghanistan bcoz USA/NATO tech cant handle the cold or hotness of arctic or desert. BTW The Electronic jamming used in Syria or Air defence and BM, Armata Tank capabilities of Russia have no comparable.

Russia is pumping out hundreds of 4++/5 gen aircraft's, submarines, choppers, naval crafts every year since the last decade, and are on their way to becoming on par with the USA in conventional warfare on a whole over the next 5 years. In strategic power Russia have no equal.
