If IK made a mistake in his youth, why would Pakistani government and judiciary want to investigate it. Its noone of their business. They should be taking about and investigating the mafias in Pakistan, those responsible for corruption and killings.

You are right, this should have remained a private matter, except that IK made it public business by submitting a certain affidavit as part of the process before the ECP. The veracity of that affidavit affects the legality of his candidacy directly, which is very much a public and legal matter.
