Even in Islamic jurisprudence, "Qiyafa" (determining of lineage by experts, based on traits and likeness) is rejected by the majority of schools (most notably Hanafi) for the exact same reason; it's based on assumptions. Only Shafi'i school has historically accepted legality of Qiyafa in parentage disputes when no other evidence is available

Even in the countries that accept DNA paternity tests as evidence while settling paternity/child care cases, (and Pakistan is not one of those countries) only a court-ordered paternity test that strictly follows chain of custody is legally admissible.

As has been mentioned above already, the issue is one of any such evidence being admissible in the court of jurisdiction according to the procedures set forth by that jurisdiction.

I understand it won't work in the proper legal context. But in the court of public opinion, it may still be useful for mudslinging contest to get a DNA lab report and wave it around on talk shows.
