Let the new Prime Minister start his work, then people can judge him after 2 years.

Here's what I have noticed so far, world leaders from around the world have started respecting Pakistan from day one. This is unprecedented.

The same did not happen with Asif Ali Zardari/Nawaz Sharif - they were instead shunned and tested by world leaders from day one.

Of course not. Buzdar was purely for optics, nothing more. Just saw his press conference and others in PTI had to literally tell him what to say when media asked questions.

But PTI have formed committee who will support (control) CM, it consist of Pervez Elahi, Chaudhry Sarwar and Aleem Khan.



Honestly I'm not worried about Punjab CM. Imran Khan will be CM by default. PM doesn't have any power at all to control province after 18th amendment. For this reason he needed weak candidate for CM who he can control or throw out when ever he want.

Imran Khan himself will personally look after punjab.

Good post. Explains what might be in the background as real motives unlike Imran Khan's message (in one of the videos above) justifying Buzdar's nominations based on something like 'he comes from the most backward part of Pakistan and is the only MPA without power available at his house'.

As to those saying that Imran had to react to the opposition like that: Well, this was not one of the usual NA sessions--this was once in a lifetime chance to make a grand statement (as he did after winning the majority) but he fell into the PMLN trap and ended up sounding an angry person on top of his Container during the 2014 Dharnas. An opportunity lost.
