Army is interested in building Batt-HQ, Brig-HQ, cantonments in Swat and FATA. this can lead to may jobs and also ensure security.

terrorism is a federal subject IMO - the GoP needs to tackle it. the army 'clears' and 'holds' and the provincial govt comes in with development, infrastructure, jobs etc - that was missing in the last 5 years and that is why PPP/ANP has been 'wiped-out' in KPK.

Thats what I meant in post No 2.

This is an opportunity & taking baby steps from state upwards is good idea.
