I do agree that the generals don't consider civilians worthy enough neither their own soldiers, they see them as expendable. But they cannot hide it like they use to because of social and other media. Now camera is a bigger weapon than a gun.

Purpose of ISPR is to convey the
narrative of the army leadership and not represent the pakistan government or the ministry of defence.
Other than self glorification ISPR serves no meaningful purpose and in future should be disbanded..
