I agree but the government decided to open shops hoping people would follow SOP :
PM Imran appealed to the whole nation to follow the standard operating procedures laid out by the government for the safety of people. "If we see a spike in cases in certain areas, those areas will have to be put under lockdown again," he stressed, urging business and factory owners to act responsibly.

- then the shops open and SOPs were not followed,
The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Pakistan rose to 36,736 and fatalities to 788 on Thursday, as buyers and traders’ willful disregard for the safety protocols has given the virus a free rein to infect and kill more.

- those shops are sealed but then court says to open them
The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday ordered authorities to reopen all shops and markets that had been sealed for violating social distancing guidelines to curb the spread of COVID-19, saying shopkeepers must be made to “understand the situation.”

I agree with this part, (especially some fools in government tweeting about comparison with Sweden) but lets not forget also many sections of society (opposition, provincial, religious, media, etc) where many of them ignored social distancing and court declaring that this is not a pandemic in pakistan and business should open
Very true, seems like every now and then some new individual appears on youtube as if they are experts
I think doctors and health experts should be on the decision table, I am afraid this corona crisis will go really bad in Pakistan
